GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. General Terms and Conditions for the Escort Agency IDEAL Escort
The following general terms and conditions regulate on the one hand the mediation services of the escort agency Ideal-Escort, hereinafter referred to as the mediator, and on the other hand the general terms and conditions of the respective service providers, hereinafter referred to as the ladies. Clients we refer to as the respective service recipients or customers.
Legal regulations remain unaffected.
Contract with the intermediary
The intermediary mediates contracts between the customer and the lady for services within the scope of an escort service. Further details are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in her individual contractual agreements. The task of the intermediary is to properly arrange the services requested by the customer.
The specific provision of services by the lady is not part of the brokerage contract. The arrangement of the sexual and other services is determined exclusively between the lady and the customer in own responsibility.
Duties of the intermediary
The offers of the intermediary are not binding. The mediator will try to bring about a contract about the desired services between the customer and the lady.
Pictorial and textual representation of the services of the ladies by the agent
The descriptions are based on information and templates of the respective lady. The mediator does not take over contentwise guarantee for these data and collecting mains.
Payment, power of attorney to receive money
For the mediation, the customer is not charged a separate fee. The respective services are settled directly between the customer and the lady. If the mediator is exceptionally entitled to receive the fee, he has a power of attorney to receive money.
Place of jurisdiction
If permissible, Munich is the place of jurisdiction.
II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LADIES
Nature and scope of the services of the ladies
The nature and scope of the contractual services owed by the Lady to the Customer shall be determined between them on their own responsibility. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions remain valid.
Booking – Conclusion of contract
A contract between the lady and the customer is only concluded with the acceptance of the non-binding booking request of the customer by the lady.
The stated fee refers exclusively to the time and company of the ladies and not to any additional services. Travel expenses are calculated separately and are to be paid in advance. The agent has a power of attorney to receive money for these purposes. The agreed fee of the lady is to be handed over unsolicited at the beginning of the meeting in cash in an unsealed envelope. Other payment methods are excluded.
Place of jurisdiction
If permissible, the place of residence of the lady is the place of jurisdiction.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HANDLING OF THE BOOKING BETWEEN GUEST/CUSTOMER AND INDEPENDENT ESCORT LADY
1.1 This website serves exclusively as an intermediary platform for self-employed escort ladies. Ideal Escort acts exclusively as an intermediary between you and the independent escort ladies. All escort ladies act in their own name and on their own account. They are commercially self-employed in addition to their regular professional activities or studies.
1.2 We do not mediate illegal, offensive or immoral services. Payment is made exclusively for the temporary company of the self-employed escort. The arrangement of the booked time together is in the joint decision of the escort model and the customer.
Booking request and booking
2.1 The sending of a booking request via the form or by e-mail represents an establishment of contact, in which the guest asks Ideal Escort for a booking opportunity. This process does not constitute a binding booking. Ideal Escort informs the interested party about the availability of the independent escort lady and clarifies all necessary details with the customer. We will of course forward your wishes and ideas directly to the lady.
3.1 The stated fees are not to be understood as “remuneration” for certain “services”, but exclusively as compensation for the time spent together. You can find this information in the menu item “Fee” or in the profile of the respective lady. There may be additional travel expenses if the lady has to travel from another city – these prices can also be found on the profile of each lady. Basically, you can meet the escort at any place in the world. The cost of air and train tickets is calculated individually based on the destination, season and booking deadlines. If the cost of air or train tickets increases after the booking is completed, the guest will also bear these costs.
4.1 As a rule, payment is made in cash by handing over an unsealed envelope at the beginning of the meeting from the guest to the independent escort lady.
4.2 A deposit is required if the lady takes on a longer journey (from 20 km) to the place desired by the customer. In this case, a deposit of 30% of the fee plus travel expenses to the foreign money account is required. The agency has a power of attorney to receive money from the independent escort ladies.
4.3 It is also possible to make the deposit with Western Union. In this case you will receive from us all the necessary data for the payment. We need your first and last name and the 10-digit Western Union number. You will receive the required data upon request. The Ideal Escort Agency has a money-receiving power of attorney from the escort ladies.
4.4 Deposit by credit card: If you wish to pay by credit card, there is a 10% handling fee. The credit card will be charged in the name of the manager. Your credit card will be charged immediately after booking. The Ideal Escort Agency has a money-receiving power of attorney from the escort ladies.
Cancellation of the booking by the client
5.1 You can cancel the booking with the independent escort lady without giving any reason. Please inform us by phone or by e-mail.
5.2 If something comes up at short notice, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the agreed date, as the independent escort lady has kept the time exclusively for you. If you have already paid a deposit, the deposit already paid will be charged against your next date. For accounting reasons, your payment will expire after one year.
5.3 If it does not harmonize between you and the selected lady, please inform us politely. The escort lady will not take this personally and will understand. In this case, the lady asks to reimburse you her travel expenses, but at least 100,-. Proportionally to the time spent, the fee is due, so that a termination after e.g. one hour is still remunerated accordingly. Of course, the lady also has the option to end the date prematurely. All ladies at Ideal Escort are independent and decide for themselves which bookings they accept.
6.1 Discretion is of great importance for the agency and the independent escort lady.
7.1 Sadly, it happens that customers or competitors joke and reserve fake appointments to let the escorts go nowhere. We strictly dissociate ourselves from such actions and would like to expressly point out that we will resolutely take legal action against such misconduct against the escorts.

- In the event that you should dispute the correctness of your data archived by us, we will usually need some time to verify this claim. During the time that this investigation is ongoing, you have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data was/is conducted in an unlawful manner, you have the option to demand the restriction of the processing of your data in lieu of demanding the eradication of this data.
